SHIPPING / RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING:

U.S. orders: $30 per item (includes insurance).  All orders are shipped FedEx Second Day.   International Orders: $90 per item (includes insurance). All orders are shipped FedEx.

RETURN POLICY:

• Return Authorizations must be requested within 7 days of receipt of item (returns@hourology.com)
• All in stock items may be returned for a full refund less shipping charge
• Special orders may not be cancelled or returned
• Special orders that are cancelled prior to shipping will be charged a 10% cancellation fee
• Returns and exchanges may be refused if the item has been used, worn, or altered from its original condition in anyway. Item must be returned with all boxes and paperwork.
